THE HEART OF MY WORK
Women come to me when that they’re ready for change but just don’t know where to start. They’re looking for clarity, direction and someone who can cut through the noise and help them move forward with greater confidence. That’s where my work begins!
For over 25 years, I’ve worked in communications and built two six-figure businesses from the ground up. Along the way, I’ve learned that strategy alone won’t cut it. You need clarity. You need courage. And you need someone who won’t just nod along in agreement, but will tell you the truth, with kindness, hold you accountable, challenge you, provide structure and a plan that moves you forward.
I’m the founder of The ChangeMakers Mastermind, BELIEVE (1:1 business mentoring), and EVOLVE (1:1 life coaching). I’m also Lead Coach at the IMAGE Business Club and a regular contributor to IMAGE.ie, where I support women with practical tools, mindset shifts, and honest conversations.
More than anything, I believe in helping women take up space - with calm confidence, clear direction, and a business or life that they’re proud to call their own.
WHAT CHANGE HAS TAUGHT ME
This work Is extremely personal to me. I’ve navigated significant seasons of change that I didn’t choose (nor want) and some others that I just knew I had to make. Both taught me that clarity and courage are everything.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me walking in the woods with my dog or journaling with a coffee in hand. I believe in building a business you love, but also in living a life that sustains you!
All to say that I don’t just teach change. I’ve lived it. And that’s why I know how to guide you through it.
