  • Calls are recorded and held in the portal - catch up in your own time. The Slack/ Movement room runs Mon–Thurs, so most asynchronous work continues even when you can’t be live.

  • 3–5 hours a week, including the calls. Less than a full day. Designed to fit alongside running your actual business.
