Press & Media

Niamh Ennis, BUSINESS MENTOR & CHANGE COACH

I’m incredibly grateful to have been featured across a number of national publications, and to have had the opportunity to share my work and insights through interviews on both TV and radio. These platforms have allowed me to speak openly about change, personal growth, leadership, and what it really takes to move from feeling stuck to living with clarity and purpose.

Alongside this, I’m a regular contributor to IMAGE.ie, where I write articles exploring change and transformation in both life and business. My writing focuses on practical, real-world insights — supporting people to navigate transition, build confidence, and create meaningful, sustainable change that truly aligns with who they are and where they want to go.

You can explore a selection of my published articles and writings here.
