DECIDE is six steps - and they spell exactly what you'll do. You don't just sit with the decision, you make it:
D - Define the decision - name the real decision, plainly.
E - Examine the voice - whose voice is the hesitation, really?
C - Cost of not deciding - what is staying stuck already costing you?
I - Imagine who you're becoming - does this fit who you are now, not who you were?
D - Decide with trust - what would you do if you fully trusted yourself?
E - Enact one step - the one move that turns the decision into action.
