Hi, I’m Niamh - Business Mentor and Change Coach to ambitious women who are building something real.
I don’t just talk about change, I’ve lived it. From leaving a 20+ year career, to navigating profound personal loss, to consciously evolving my life and business through different chapters, I understand how destabilising (and clarifying) change can be.
