Some things are worth repeating. Last year we gathered at Glasson, and I've wanted to bring us back together ever since.

So much of how we work now happens behind a screen, on our own, quietly holding more than we let on. And yet something shifts when women who are building real things sit in the same room - the honesty lands differently, the ideas come faster, and you leave feeling held rather than alone.
