Some things are worth repeating. Last year we gathered at Glasson Lakehouse, and I've wanted to bring us back together ever since.

So much of how we work now happens behind a screen, on our own, quietly holding more than we let on. And yet something shifts when women who are building real things sit in the same room - the honesty lands differently, the ideas come faster, and you leave feeling held rather than alone. Last year we had a keynote speaker, fireside conversations and plenty of space to speak with and learn from one another.

That's what this day is. Whether you were with us last year, you already work with me, or you've simply been second guessing yourself and could use a day to think clearly and feel connected – then you're warmly invited!
