Group coaching calls will take place during work hours. Everything is recorded and kept on the portal so you can catch up in your own time.

You’ll begin with your private kickstarting 1:1 session. You’ll also receive group coaching, messaging edits and 90 day planning and marketing sessions with Niamh. Inside the private Slack channel, you’ll have access to Niamh directly between 10am-4pm Monday - Thursday.
